Deeside Against Pylons Action Group is working tirelessly on behalf of the community. We are raising funds to support our activities – information meetings, website, flyers. We also see the need to seek legal expertise.

We have an indicative fee from our preferred Planning Consultant of £8,500 for expert advice/witness work, submission documents, FOI requests, corresponding with OFGEM and briefing notes with ministers and councillors.

Should the Aberdeenshire Council accept our objection and concur, a Public Inquiry will be triggered which will require further expensive legal expertise.
